Tours, dives & water sports

Get booked before the plane lands.

The traveller heading to your island already knows which dive shop, which boat and which van they are using. They decided weeks ago, at a desk in Munich or Chicago, from Google and reviews. Being close to the beach does not get you into that itinerary — being findable and bookable does.

What it costs you

Why walk-in traffic is not the business it used to be

Foreign visitors do not shop for activities the way domestic guests do. Understanding that difference is the whole game.

The decision happens overseas

By the time a European or American guest reaches your town, their days are already allocated. You were either in the plan or you were not.

'Please PM for rates'

A traveller comparing five operators at midnight in another time zone will not wait 14 hours for a price. They book the one showing a price and a Book button.

Every booking through a middleman

When your only bookable channel is an aggregator, you pay commission on customers who were searching for exactly what you do.

What you get

What your operation gets

A site built for the way activities are actually sold: dated availability, clear inclusions, real prices, and payment taken at the moment of intent.

Bookable trips with real availability

Boat capacity, dive slots, departure times and cut-offs. Guests choose a date, see what is left, and pay — no back-and-forth.

Deposits from abroad, in advance

Take card payments from overseas guests and GCash from local ones. A paid deposit is what turns an enquiry into a confirmed seat.

Your pages in your guests' language

Korean, Chinese, German, French — whatever your market is. Guests search and read in their own language, and rankings follow the language of the page.

A page per trip, not one long list

Each dive site, island hopping route, day tour and rental package gets its own page. That is what lets you rank for the specific thing people search.

Reviews working for you year-round

Automatic review requests after every trip, and a written reply on each one. For an operator, review count and freshness is the single strongest signal you control.

Enquiries that never go cold

Custom trip and charter enquiries are routed straight to your phone with an SMS alert, and an automatic acknowledgement goes out immediately.

How foreign travellers actually book

Your customer plans the trip long before they see the beach

In the Philippines, Facebook is where local business happens. For inbound tourism it is close to irrelevant. Long-haul visitors arrive with two or three weeks of expensive leave and a plan they built at home, using Google, Maps and reviews. The booking decision is made in their living room — not on your street.

Google is the planning tool, not Facebook

Travellers name search engines as their number one trip-planning resource. A Facebook page you post to daily will still not appear when someone in Berlin searches for a dive shop.

Short trips mean pre-committed days

European and American visitors get a fortnight, not a season. They will not spend holiday mornings comparing operators, so they lock the itinerary before departure.

Reviews are the whole trust decision

They have never met you and cannot ask a neighbour. Your review count, your rating, and whether you bother to reply is the entire basis for choosing you.

If you cannot take the payment, you lose the slot

Only about a third of tour and activity bookings currently happen online. Being one of the operators that can confirm and charge instantly is a real advantage, not a nice-to-have.

Questions

Questions we get from this industry

Can guests pay in euros or dollars?

Guests pay by international card at the peso price; their bank handles conversion. You receive pesos. Local guests can use GCash.

We run trips that depend on weather. Can we cancel a departure?

Yes. You can close a date or a departure at any time, and everyone booked on it is notified automatically with your refund or reschedule terms attached.

Will this replace our listings on the big booking platforms?

It does not have to. Keep them for reach, but every guest who finds you directly through Google is a guest you did not pay commission on. Most operators run both and watch the direct share grow.

Can we sell courses that run over several days?

Yes — multi-day courses, certification programmes and package deals all work, including a deposit now and balance on arrival.

How do we handle enquiries in a language nobody on staff speaks?

Your pages are published in the languages you choose, and the AI assistant drafts replies in the guest's language for you to approve before sending.

Find out where you rank for the trips you sell
